SUMMARY:Slow Riding Skills Day - October 13th
DESCRIPTION:Thames Valley RoADAR and Hampshire RoADAR would like to invite you to join us in a slow riding skills day where you can learn or just practice your slow riding techniques. Like in previous years we will have a number of our tutors available to guide you through a series of exercises designed to improve your skills in common slow speed manouvers such as; \n\nFigures of 8\nTurn from a stop\nSuper Slow straight ride\nU turns\nSlaloms\n\nAt the end of the day\, we will have our traditional competition to see who can ride the slowest over a 10m distance. \nAs we did last year we will hold the event at Bike2Bikes training facilities at Greenham Common and they will have their cafe open for hot drinks. Some light snacks will also be provided at lunch.  We would ask that you contribute £20 to particpate which will cover a donation to Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance and a portion of the days costs. \nPlease complete THIS FORM register your attendance on the day\, we can collect your contribution on the day\, or Thames Valley group members can pay directly on the members store. \nNumbers are limited approx 25 people.
