RoADAR HQ issued the following update to all groups yesterday relating to retests and test certificates:
“I’m writing to answer a number of queries that we’re getting with regards to issuing of certification following tests and retests. We’ve also updated the FAQ section of the website if you want to point members there: https://www.roadar.org.uk/aboutus/coronavirus.htm
We are not currently issuing physical certificates for tests or retests, as RoSPA staff cannot access the HQ building full time.
We can however issue electronic certificates via email but, due to continuing reduced staff resource, we are dealing with a backlog of requests for certification, and so for now we are prioritising those that are needed for Blood Bikes or work purposes.”
