The weather gods were definitely smiling on us yesterday when we met at Milton Costa, sitting outside drinking coffee and number of people stopped and asked where we were headed, one chap with an XR was interested in which section we were from – great news.
The great weather continued, seeing 19 degrees at one point on the route. The roads were in excellent shape as we wound our way Northwards through Cumnor, Stonesfield, the bends near Soho House (Great Tew) were a delight, through Burdrop and onto the museum at Gaydon.A great day out and a big thank you to Tom for being “tail end charlie..
